Cash Back Guarantee:

• Return your vehicle within the 72-hour or 300-mile window, whichever comes first
• The vehicle will be inspected to assess any potential cosmetic or mechanical damage
• If damage is found, simply pay for the repairs to remain eligible for your cash-back return
• Funds from purchasing must clear with the dealership back before a refund can be processed
• Any accessories added by choice before purchasing are, unfortunately, nonrefundable (window tint, protection packages, etc.)
• ** Note: Refunds may take up to two weeks once funds are verified.

Vehicle Exchange Policy:

Don’t like the car you picked? Swap it for another that better suits you. Everything from the above Cash Back Guarantee policies applies here in terms of eligibility. Here are the additional requirements for a vehicle exchange:

• An additional credit check may be required
• You will receive a credit towards your preferred vehicle. This mitigates price variations.
